The new Flamengo third football shirt for the 2013/14 season was officially unveiled by the club and Adidas. The new shirt is based on black and designed with red details. The shirt continued with the club¡¯s long tradition. The design is inspired by the world-famous skyline in Rio de Janeiro. The light and shade in the chest site show the the beautiful scenery of Pao de acucar, Corcovado and Rodrigo de Freitas Lake.

The new shirt has a special icon design on the back of the collar. The club¡¯s iconic red and black stripes, the club badge, the slogan ¡°Uma vez Flamengo, sempre Flamengo¡±, and the years of establishment ¡°1895¡± are embedded in the outline of the Brazilian flag.
