The team's best player isn't playing as good as everyone thought he would. His shooting was the only real disappointment to start the season beside losing games we could have won. Kyrie was clearly looking to make more plays and getting more assist.

Ever since Waiters has been out of the starting line up, Kyrie has seemed to stop making an effort to get as many assists. CJ Miles starting really hasn't helped Irving's assists, AT ALL


I don't know if he's out of his shooting slump or not, but I've seen enough from this kid and the team around him for the last three seasons to know that its time for him to try to give the ball up to someone else at the end of games

The same people making decisions during the Lebron era weren't the same making decisions when Byron Scott was coach. Blaming the "organization" is a cop out. Shooting guard was a position of need.

He's never been asked to create for others so that's not a skillset or within his comfort zone...he will make a nice read here and there but like you said, he consistently misses rotation or anticipation passes when he's the focal point of the defense.
