Players always are made to look over their shoulder in professional football when it comes to injuries for fear of having their spot taken away..If you are playing for a contract and u still feel like u can throw (run, tackle, ect...) the ball while injured u play--as simple as that...
Cutler is trying to get a contract extension...It's up to Bears management to tell him to sit down if they feel he's too injured to play an entire game...
But always remember...EVERYONE loves the backup QB...Until they don't...
