..morris started his tenure 0-7 before getting his first win as a head coach

thing is, he was well received by the org, the players, and the fans. *granted, i don't think he was ready to be a head coach, but he was the option they chose in the wake of firing gruden.

there is no real reason to continue with schiano at this point. to hell with his salary, they need to make serious changes.

he has a decent arm, and can make MOST of the throws needed to succeed.

still, he's not ready to play at this level. he has ZERO pocket awareness and doesn't roll through his progressions well. he hasn't shown awareness reading the defense at the line before the snap.

this is why schiano sucks. he drafted glennon, brought him in to challenge freeman, yet even he had to concede that freeman earned the top spot. since then, he's done nothing but help push his own personal agenda, to the complete detriment of the team.

Lots of inaccurate throws (although our WRs seemed to drop a TON of balls last night) and other rookie mistakes. That's to be expected.

But when you look at his stats for the past couple of games, they're not completely terrible. He's usually above 50% completion percentage, 2 TDs and an INT (that's a rough estimate).
