"A source in the room told NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport the league passed a rule Tuesday that will compel one team per year to participate in the HBO/NFL Films joint venture, "Hard Knocks."

man to bad Al isnt around to spit in the NFL's face if they tried to force the Raiders to do it. That whole side show would have been better than anything HBO has ever done.
