we lost our starting LT & RT, RW hobbled, no Steven Jackson brand new center and a terrible career backup starting at RG.

then we lost Sean Weatherspoon, Kroy Bierman, our starting MLB, Stephen Nicholas gimpy, we starting two UDFA at LB and a dude that was on the streets a couple of weeks again and this was Asante first action this season, and somehow we've lost every game on the last play with one of the worst time management & situational coaches in the NFL. no excuses though, we shoulda won tonight

they had a dominating defense last year and several pro bowlers

their main issue was turnovers and you knew Alex would solve that

i mean they were an ELite team a year ago and how is this team under 500 again?

top tier Wide out, Running back, Defensive Beast and put up crazy points and they look dejected and broke down already and its only 5 games in.

to me nobody else is matching the downward spiral they have taken thus far.

I had the Chiefs getting a wild card so 5-0 isn't shocking...

I didn't expect the Steelers, Giants, or Redskins to be good...i expected them to be this bad...NFC East goes through Dallas this year...they are gonna win it by default...

No way I expected the Falcons to be 1-4 after 5 weeks. At worst, I had them 3-2 (losing to the Patriots and Saints)...I didn't think that Carolina being 1-3 was good enough for 2nd Place in the NFC South...but it is...

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.

KC I thought was a wild card team. 5-0 is maybe a bit better than I expected but nothing too severe. A lot of teams break strong, I don't think they are going to be a 13-win team or anything.

Pittsburgh I knew had issues but I didn't think they would be this bad. Maybe 1-3 or 2-2. Still, not a stunner.

Same thing with the Giants, I knew they would be a sub.500 team but maybe not 0-5.

But the Falcons fucking up like this? Totally unexpected to me.

And you will know MY JACKET IS GOLD when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

They had it tough with some teams like Denver which wasn't gonna happen. But after seeing their overall woes, even a crappy team like Philly was gonna mop them up

a lot of them they are competitive early on and get blown out in the 2nd half. Carolina was a disaster.

Giants are 0-5 and I can't look at one game like, oh we let this get away except for maybe dallas. Yesterday was the first game of atlanta's i've seen but i didn't expect them to repeat what they did last season anyway.

I have to think at this point that it's the coaching staff failing to make ANY adjustments going into the second half, REPEATEDLY

4 out of 5 losses looking damn near identical where it's close close close SHIT THE BED TIME

I'm just like come on

Either that or these guys are just not conditioned

because with Stephen Jackson and some upgrades on defense i thought they might be in that argument with Seattle and Frisco, however they will be lucky to not be a lottery team unless something special happens and Julio Jones is out and that is huge
