OKC will be fine. They just need Russ back. There's only so much they can do without their second best player. They'll be better next season, especially with Reggie Jackson getting minutes and showing what he can do. He should be starting next season along-side Russ at the 2.

Just because of the way they play plus the style of the players. I think the Heat would get Memphis in 6 at worst. To beat the Heat, not only do you need great defense, but you gotta have a player go NUTS on them. And as good as Zbo and Gasol are, they won't go absolutely apeshit on them. But in the end, I think the Spurs will take the west. Then lose to Miami in 6.
