Colorado is infamous for the way they prosecute rape cases. Their zeal for prosecuting rape cases is surpassed only by the salivating manner in which Texas prosecutes Blacks, sodomites, and the mentally challenged.
If they had enough to convict him, they wouldn't have needed Kaitlyn and her well documented mental instability to testify in oder to do it.
