"I've seen better than what LEBRON is doing"
Tue Feb-12-13 06:52 PM by all stah

CRY

Jordan in 88 avg triple double for 11 games out of his last 16 games, and seven of them were straight, while avg 40 and shooting 60%

lebron ain't even closeeeee to the throne in any category....not rings, not mvps, not scoring, not even in the all around game, considering jordan was an extreme scorer and offensive player

kobe failed...so now lebron is next up ..and then when he fails ...you guys are going to go to KD

lol

kobe wasn't always the best player on his team
kobe wanted to be jordan
kobe has a tendency to play selfish hero ball and it was seen as an attribute

none of those are true of lebron....he's already staked out a place in history as a little bit of jordan, a little bit of oscar, a little bit of wilt.

when it's all said and done he'll prob be recognized as a unique all time great....maybe someone capable of starting at the 3 or 4 on THE SQUAD depending on your lineup...but even 90% of this board saw enough of jordan to know he's never gonna be jordan.

we living post jordan. lebron is what finally got us into the post-jordan era.

Seeing as how he's doing something right now that literally hasn't been seen since Jordan. And he's doing some things that Jordan couldn't, due to position and body size.

So to be mad at people going crazy over it is... bizarre. Especially if they repeat. He's earning the comparison actively.

Lets let them repeat first though. People are jumping the gun a bit here. He's hands down the greatest player right now. That should be enough.

i mean bron got kobe trying to emulate his style of play.

lebron will go down as the greatest, he is going to get more jewelry and more personal hardware.

only kevin durant is the next in line and he ain't seeing lebron.

bron is scary. oscr robertson said himself lebron is in his own lane.

we were talking about the definition of the word "witness" and it being used to mean something other than "someone reporting on a crime or accident"

so after talking about it in the evangelical sense my second thought was 2007

one of my kids raises his hand and asks about jordan. he said he was watching some video and he looked pretty good (they were all born during the wizard years).

it's crazy because most of these kids probably wouldn't even THINK about jordan.
