Something like a 7'4 wing span combined with his already formidable height means you basically have to be at the top of your jump to alter his shot...which means if you jump when he jumps, you just have to hope he misses. It's ridiculous.

bomb a three with a man on him, walk the next one up then quick-release bomb another three, come up with the ball a third time then find a wide open corner shooter (even if it was Ibaka) for three to get the assist, and then the last time when he sees people playing him up close just quickly go by the whole defense with two dribbles to finish with a vicious dunk on their heads as an exclamation.

With Ibaka playing even better, Martin being a ridiculous 3rd option, and KD seamlessly adjusting to have the ball more in his hands due to Harden leaving...then of course there's Westbrook and their team D as well. Cotdamn, this squad is great.

Considering that they were playing without their best player, on the 2nd night of a back-to-back vs two of the fastest teams in the league, vs the best team in the league, and one of the best players in the league shoots out of his mind in the 2nd half...I'm not mad at their performance.
The weaknesses that we saw were a factor of Paul not being on the court. I saw great things from Blake on the offensive end, Caron played great D on Durant during the first half, Grant Hill looked very good as well...they made a final push and the effort was there the entire game.
I can't be mad at the performance against the best team in the league.
Don't put too much stock into this game, folks...Still wanna see both teams at full strength....
But one things for sure...The Clips better hope dude is healthy...All this talk about them being the deepest team don't mean shit if Paul ain't on the floor in the playoffs....
