the way he is managing the pen is just mind boggling. Game 2 with pulling Hill in the 4th. Then not having Maeda go a second inning. Then today pulling Maeda when he was cruising. Just stop with the fucking match ups. If a pitcher is doing well then let him stay in until he gets into trouble. But even then we aint going to win if we dont hit. We should try to string a couple of singles together instead of winning with 10 solo homeruns.

In a game 5 on the road to get you 1 win away from a title at home. As I was telling the few people who I actually talk to about sports - we had exactly who we wanted up on the mound (this was referring to mainly Kersh but also Kenley late) and they couldn't get the job done. If your key pitchers cannot deliver in crucial moments, you very likely aren't going to win those games nor do you deserve to.

Jansen blew a save. 41/42 in save chances this year and lights out all postseason and 3 outs away from being up 2-0, and he blew it.
The 3,4,5 hitters were shit all series. They had a few big hits, but overall very ineffective.
Roberts pulled Hill early in game 2 when he was pitching great and wore the shit out of the bullpen which caught up to them and they struggled for a few games.
Left 13 runners on base or something tonight.
Bellinger’s error in the first inning, not having the infield all the way in, letting Darvish pitch to Springer (SMH, shit was like a horror movie, you KNEW he was going deep)....this could be a 1-1 game right now.

the best pitcher in baseball, and of the decade, has to bring home a win if he has a 4-0 lead in game five.
he just has to. it's not about a rookie strikeout machine or #2 starter pitching like a minor leaguer or the manager going for the double-switch record. anybody's ace has to win that game if staked a four-run lead. and Kershaw is not just anybody's ace, he's a Hall of Famer.
losing four games is not one player's fault, but Kershaw has to rise to the occasion for his team and he failed. badly.

win or lose just get this over with. I felt sick to my stomach last night after the loss. I literally could not sleep because i felt sick. The whole game i was a fucking mess. Every game besides game 1 has been like this for me. It is so fucking stressful and not fun to watch. I am surprised I havent had a stroke yet. Just put me out of my misery.

probably because I had just barely started watching hockey and caught them on an upswing. But I wasnt there for 29 years of trails and tribulations. I started watching Hockey in 09 and got a stanley cup 3 years later. With the Dodgers there has been a lot of heart ache. There has been FOX and the McCourts. The early 90s when we couldnt win shit. Lucky I was old enough to watch the 88 series and I remember that well. But when they beat the Cubs I got teary eyed. It was finally happening. This shit though. Its fucking insane. I want to put a blood pressure monitor on to see how close to death I get during the games. Im sure people watching who arent a fan of either team are loving this shit. Not me. This is not enjoyable one bit.
