there were plenty of ways to state what a bad job Phil is doing without bringing that man up. Stephen A. is a buffoon ass dude who has been a joke for a long time, now. Even after he tried to walk the crack comment back some, he still thought it was funny. I'm all for the lols, but ain't shit funny about addiction.

for him to take such a long ranged and random shot at Lamar Odom like that. Have to feel bad for Lamar Odom because I'm sure his phone is blowing up since clips of that comment is circling around on social media like mad.

-The Knicks’ coaching search still includes a lone frontrunner, Kurt Rambis, whose qualifications for the position include a strong relationship with Jackson and a willingness to take the job.
we all know that phil has made some questionable decisions since the start of his recent tenure with the knicks. we know that odom's addiction is something he'll likely struggle with for the rest of his life. phil tried to help someone obviously in need of positive reinforcement. while the move was certainly questionable, phil has a long list of questionable decisions. to use that as a punchline was cheap and unnecessary.

the people saying true but funny, no it's not funny. "on crack" jokes are super 90s. it is true but the guy has hard a tough hand in life and is by any account a good dude.
