Trade him now while teams still value him. Get a ton of picks or maybe even a 1 or 2 overall and try again. He's not it. He never was. This is who he is. Jacksonville needs to stop waiting for some magical transformation. CJ Stroud doing what he did this year in your own division has to hurt.
