the rams second level doesn't stop running backs. Plus, Gurley is gonna take some time. He's a fantastic player, but let's not act like he's gonna have 35 carries his first game back (whenever that even is). They're gonna bring him up slowly. And Brian Quick...you would think they got Jerry Rice coming back or something. Neither of these dudes is a savior...and Greg Robinson was another project Oline pick. Rams will be blessed to go 8-8.

they came to play. Cardinals were still in it despite it all. absolute head scratcher that on 2nd & 2, they throw it three times and turn it over.
Gresham with just critical drops, and Carson was inaccurate all day. this will be a crucial loss down the line. horrible tackling from the secondary too, especially Mathieu, who did a ton of talking on the field but just blew many TFL opportunities. just shaking my head at Foles stat line.

Getting sacks, safeties, INTs. Donald makes this already very good defense potentially legendary.
And Gurley...oh man, what a great pick by the Rams in the draft. If they ever stumble into a good to great QB (don't hate Foles, but he is not the guy long-term), it's a wrap.
Remaining schedule looks good too.
Could be the year they finally get back to the playoffs.

I'd be surprised if he made it two games before getting put in the concussion protocol. He needs to hang it up while he still has some brain function. At a certain point, I wouldn't be opposed to teams and the NFLPA telling players that they've had enough; save them from themselves.
