Lead the league in turnovers in the final 5 minutes of the game & end up losing the game at the buzzer after turning the ball over in their final possession while up 1.

The Pistons were leading going into the 4th quarter b/c of DJ but Stan decided to put Scrubby in the game at the end of the 4th & they started falling apart in the final minute. The Spurs decided to foul the Pistons while up 3 w/ 10 seconds remaining & Meeks made 2 FTs then the Spurs proceeded to turn the ball over when the inbounded the ball.
Spurs missed a bunch of FTs & turned the ball over at the end of the 4th quarter basically beating themselves in crunch time YET AGAIN!

They just didn't extend him b/c they want to keep his cap hold as a place holder so they would have enough cap space to go after another max player then they can simply offer him the max by going over the cap space since they have his Bird Rights...they are basically trying to do the same thing Morey tried to execute when he was trying to sign Bosh. Except unlike Parsons case the Spurs will match any offer sheet Kawhi signs.

They have to. I think Kawhi knows how much leverage he has. After his performance in the Finals, I think there is some merit to his (alleged) distaste for them not instantly extending the max to him --- but ultimately it will come down to whether he wants to stay in S.A., which he says he does.
Knicks will be going big-game hunting for him, and I wouldn't be surprised to see him want to move on and prove himself as the unequivocal leader of a team.

If he wants to get better and climb the ladder with a young team, he'll stick with Van Gundy
Drummond has been having some monstrous rebound games, but Moose has been just as important. Shit he was the only one playing well *before* Smith was traded.
But he only got 28 minutes tonight, and with every other team in the league except for 4-5 he would be playing 36+ every night and probably be an all star candidate. There just arent going to be 25-30 minutes of Moose amd Drummond together. But with those 2, Meeks, KCP, Jennings, Jerebko, and Singler having an average age <25 AND Stan Van Gundy...there isnt a better situation for him out there.

The ENTIRE team has been on some 2013 Finals Manu steez this season, hopefully they get it out of their system along w/ the injury bug by the all-star break.
