but as of right now, I'd say yeah he's probably in the top 12-15 range of wideouts...

yea i wish we threw more and more efficient in the passing game, the fact that we dont pass as much kind of makes me think crabs is not gonna sign with the 9ers after his contract is up

Calvin Johnson
Demaryius Thomas
AJ Green
Julio Jones
Brandon Marshall
Jordy Nelson
Antonio Brown
Keenan Allen
Roddy White
Alshon Jeffrey
Randall Cobb
Vincent Jackson
Larry Fitzgerald (even now)
Andre Johnson (even now)

I may not have watched enough Niners games to
say this for certain, but I cant recall him
single handedly being the best player on the
field or having a memorable enough performance
to say he was the reason theyve won a game EVER

all of the above have done that, multiple times

its no dis to be top 15. Hes having a very good career

He's just not the elite receiver I thought he
would be coming out of college.

Im always confused when he is mentioned anywhere near elite. I haven't seen him dominate corners at the pro level in any sense. and personally i'd rate him behind V. Davis as the best receiver on the 49ers.

Put him on a solid passing team, he would do solid numbers each year.
He's not a speed guy though. He's a possession receiver.

Him, Boldin and stevie johnson.

I like crabtree a lot, but I wouldn't mind them letting him walk if he's going to play hard ball with the contract.

To answer the question though, crabtree is at the top of the second tier of guys and has elite potential
