Joan is probably going to beast inside but they have a plethora of perimeter players to throw at DeRozan/Lowry. Plus, the Bulls beat them last year & have tons of playoff experience unlike the Raptors.

like i think he'd be fine on the spurs or miami where he'd have real people telling him not to shoot whatever and he can focus on defense.
problem is who can pay him that money? 13 million isn't going to break a team but it certainly hurts flexibility. and is there anyway they could get something back? maybe phx wants to throw a draft pick their way?
knicks would be terrible landing spot for so many reasons though. it'd be like detroit but without youth as an excuse and people actually watching.

The Suns already have Tucker / Markiff they don't need a hybrid forward. The Knicks are the ones that need a serviceable forward. Melo can chuck away..Josh can do the dirty work. They just need a point guard to make it work so they can keep Josh/Tyson involved in PnRs. Jameer Nelson could work.

He's overpaid but Josh needs to be at the 4. Detroit overpaid him and then put him at the 3 with two bigs with no perimeter game. That lineup was always a mess. I think Josh but can a nice third star on a winning team.

The Bulls back-court is over-matched by Beal/Johnny unless DJ has a Nate Robinsonisque series & Captain Kirk/Jimmy can put the clamps on Beal/Johnny. Now that Nene is back I'm not sure how much of an advantage the Bulls have inside against Nene/Booker/Gortat but they do have a ton of playoff experience.
