Yep....that age-old predicament.... When he, ....the warrior who's lost his way, finds himself in the clutches of defeat...
Those walls closing in,...
Those waters rising to the extent of complete submersion,...
Those fangs of the most celebrated feline champion writhing with moisture as a considerably-sized portion of meat is tossed into the lion's den.......
Even in the midst of all this, he, our warrior of this tale, ..stands resolute as though all is well, ...as though there is no such thing as the brink of life.....
Will he survive?,
one way or another that answer is yes...
But of greater concern is this warrior's tendency to repeatedly place himself, if voluntarily, into the jaws of the lion's den... why?......
Are the sugars of adrenaline so sweet as to blur the lines of self-preservation?...
