yes at first i was selfish only thinking about what they did to me
until i talked to a reporter and she reminded me that this is not about me but about all who have been raped of their civil liberties by some one we intrusted with the aauthority to act on our behalf which is this government system starting from the commander and chief all the way down to the local cops. if they are allowed to claim immunity and get away with mistakes then they can get away with anything and not be accountable for their actions then that authority becomes abusive and opress those who gave their power over to the great beast.

once judge edwards rejected my petition it became a deep concern for how many other judges around the world would turn their backs because of conflict of interest and how could it be a conflict of interest when you the judge is suppose to hear all cases and judge accorddingly. if the poor has this right striped from them and it's just for criminal to get these things (court cost and fees) waived the constitution failed us all and has become meaningless.

they win no matter what they can bring a case against you and make you pay even if you are innocent or if the opposing party dismiss the charges but they don't wont you to have that same power what a bunch of crap?

Subject: To correct lower Circuit Court error.

Dear Court of Appeals,

I humbly come before you to argue my stand on a legal issue and to persuade you to correct an error which was committed by the lower court. I petitioned the lower court to waive all court cost and fees (see attached Petition) and was denied by Judge Edward W. Hanson, Jr. (see Original Judge’s Orders).

No reason was given why the petition was denied; and, according to the Federal Rules mentioned in the original petition all citizens of the United States have the fundamental right to be heard. If the Judge’s decision is not over turned then what guarantees does the poor have in the future to be heard? And if our voice is not heard, then we are not equal to those who possess the ability to pay. That brief statement will render the constitution meaningless.

The Judge’s decision has open the door for a slippery slop argument setting precedence that you can deny a poor person of his civil liberties and get away with it here in America, will you allow this to happen under your watch? I think not, I know you agree with me, I thank you for listening and over turning this great error and giving me back my voice to make America what our forefathers tended it to be.
