The racing is done well especially the tunnel vision shot. And the sound design is top-notch.

Adam Driver and Penelope Cruz kill it.


However, the movie is lacking the punch to make a great. It's a stwp ir two away from being great.

Still Michael Mann's worst is better than most people's best.
