"Ghosted (Fletcher, 2023, AppleTV)"
Early candidate for Worst Movie of the Year. AI-written script, awful chemistry between Evans and de Armas, Evans is grossly miscast, bad green screen throughout, I mean... I could go on and on. Huge waste of money and talent. Avoid.

This was Apple's version of Red Notice, which wasn't a good movie either. As Frank said, there is bad greenscreen and miscasting all around. Tim Blake Nelson was wasted for a throwaway scene; Adrien Brody is better than this. Nelson and Brody performed better in Poker Face than in this train wreck.
My wife was watching and made a point to me. She said, "I've seen this movie before with just the roles reversed." I said, "Knight and Day with Tom Cruise." she said, "Yea, that's one, but I feel like there have been three other versions of this film made." This shows how generic of a plot this is.
All the CIA Langely stuff was just filler and not needed. I'm glad I have a two-year free trial of Apple TV because this would be a waste of a paid subscription.

like maybe you pull in the typical action male demo plus enough of the female demo to combine into big numbers just off the sheer broad appeal of the overlap.
cuz not only are the streamers pushing these out like crazy...but theyre being advertised heavy on tv, web, etc.
this flick, the j lo and josh duhamel wedding shit, the sandler and aniston shit, etc.

I don't know how many flops (whether box office or streaming) it takes for studios to realize that. These people don't do numbers outside of their super-hero roles.
