"Bird Box (Susanne Bier, 2018)"

Saw this shit this morning in Dolby Atmos.

With a much better director, this could've been something special. Even Trent and Atticus' score sounds like it's on auto-pilot.

Shit is worth a watch when it drops on Netflix in December.

Trevante Rhodes should be a star b.

A Quiet Place and The Happening.

Not as good as Quiet Place, not as bad as the Happening.

Skews closer to Happening in terms of quality of story and actual plot execution.

...

my thoughts,

peace.

Maybe it's because the boy was hers and the girl belonged to the other lady.

I never even thought of that until now. She probably screamed no because that was her true kid.

after Sandra gives birth the lady says "it's a boy" and Sandra says to the baby "your aunt thought you were gonna be a girl"

that's why that scene with Girl was funny.

I mean we knew that the cliche that the 6lack person was/will sacrifice themselves for the protagonist was going to occur but damn. Twice?

Damn the comedic relief and the big black buck had to go out....
