EVIL CAP, sent a LMD after a very outspoken senator. SAM tries to save the senator but...EVIL CAP, fucks up the shield throw on purpose and essentially assassinates the senator.

EVIL CAP, also killed, BRUCE BANNER indirectly.

Man, EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEVIL CAP!
