I was super confused at the beginning - it's almost like the weren't compressing time. First they had a bunch establishing shots of Gotham then they had more of Wayne manner. Bruce was watching TV and there were at least 5 shots in that before the villains revealed them selves, then talking in Wayne Manner to the Commissioner, then a sliding down the pole that was cut into 4 different shots, then crossing the bat cave, then getting in the car, then exiting the bat cave , then driving on the road, then pulling up to the police station, the getting out the car, then slow running to the door, etc. It took like 2 minutes.
Like real fucking slow.
Also it seems like no one was near the same room when recording dialog and then who ever cut it together added at least 3 seconds between lines if they were being said by other people.
The plot wasn't bad - it was just slow.
A few favorite parts: 1)The diving gear and spacesuit with room for the bat ears. 2)Batman getting hit in the head and seeing all three catwomen at once (Julie Newmar, Eartha Kitt, and Lee Merriwhterer.) 3)The comic ballongs when poeple were punching each other. One said "Rip!" and then the next said "Torn!"
Also like the reference to the end of Batman II.
This could have been a tight 55 minutes if they'd have cut the dialog better and go rid of some establishing shots.
