if I see Affleck as the lead, I question the quality of the film.
Project Greenlight kind of shows the issue of having these "We need an outside voice!" contests that are judged by the gatekeepers who choose the usual lackluster product.

I wish it'd been sillier, frankly. But it's still quite silly and weird, which makes me glad that Hollywood invested 40 million to get an original and strange movie like this made, even if the end result is sort of all over the place.
But I agree with everyone here but it was actually still enjoyable for the kicking ass scenes. I think what made it silly was Ben's character being autistic. He's not a good enough actor to do both at the same time.
