Because I've completely forgotten what happened in the previous half of the season.
Happy that the Mike's secret storyline is going to be done with after this. Always thought that was the weakest part of the show (and most ridiculous.)

The prosecutor said that Mike was getting indicted for hacking into the bar, which I think that hacker did as a favor. It might also explain why they don't have anything on Harvey.
Maybe the girl got busted for some other hack and used Mike and Harvey as leverage for a deal.
But I think it being someone close to them like Rachel's mom is a better idea. Allows them to wrap it up but then there's the issue of Mike lying and the mom snitching to come between Mike and Rachel.

I expect Mike to be in prison for about 3 or four episodes, but I can't wait to see how they get him out and fix the firm..... It's like everyone has to rebuild their lives after this...

The firm is kaput. Mike is in prison. What's he gonna do? Become a jailhouse attorney and help all the wrongfully convicted appeal their cases?
Even IF Harvey can get him out, there's no way he can practice law again. I like the show, but storyline wise, it should end right there.
If I were to hazard a guess, I would say the show jumps ahead two years and Mike gets out of prison. Rachel has moved on. Harvey and Jessica are on the outs. Louis and Jessica have started their own firm trying to rebuild. Mike gets a job at a public interest law firm as a paralegal helping the downtrodden. And somehow, some way, the gang slowly gets back together.
TVLINE | There won’t be a time jump at the start of Season 6?
Nope. As a matter of fact, we actually pick up that very night, and the entire episode, as it currently stands, takes place that night. It’s sort of a back and forth between Mike’s first night in prison and our first night dealing with coming back to an empty firm.
TVLINE | I know Harvey seemed a little bit relieved after their fight, but does Mike have what it takes to survive in prison?
We’re going to find out. The good news is, I’m pretty sure he won’t die in prison.
TVLINE | How is the firm adjusting to having lost all its employees? Is there now a need to repopulate with new characters?
Yes, there absolutely will be. With Mike in prison and us figuring out what we’re going to do with the firm, there’s room for a lot of things that can be different… Obviously, new characters in prison. We’re going to have new people who are interacting in whatever firm setting we end up landing on. But in addition to that, we’re allowing for the addition of some humor back into the show. The last six , we were very serious. The stakes were very high… We don’t have that hanging over our head anymore, so it allows us to tell some funny stories again, which we, as writers, have been missing and the fans have been missing. =
I've never been into the more dramatic stuff in this show and I have zero interest in following Mike in prison. The Louis/Harvey/Jessica dynamic is played out. They were trying to fix the MASSIVE screw-up that Harvey made and it was still Louis who was getting more of the blame.
On the plus side, I'm happy that Mike's secret is over and done with. I always thought that was the weakest, silliest part of the show. I probably would have tapped out during this season but I bought the season-pass and, at best, likely won't bother until the season hits Hulu or Netflix or something free.
