But it also seems like a show that could find its legs after a bit. It seems cutesier than I expected. My expectations are a little lower but I'll still check out a few episodes.

This looks exactly like the quickly canceled NBC midseason filler that it was before Netflix stepped in.

Kemper isn't funny enough to carry this on her own. She needs a great supporting cast that it doesn't look like she got.

otherwise, it's ok. only watched the first few episodes (they're short). the flashback scenes to the bunker are my favorite parts. Martin Short was funny.

It's really like 30Rock the way it's written and shot. My only gripe is the roommate, he's funny but just something about the actor that I'm not feeling.

Say about half-way thorough it picks up it's stride, which if it was on network could've been a deathblow.

I didn't get the entire robots thing - was I missing something?

Titus's lemonade was not that great.

I do love boobs in California.

Boon being Simpka's boyfriend was nice.

Russ's arch was silly - even for this show.

The friends rap could have been better - they went for bad - but it could have been clever bad. I wonder if their's some good stuff on the cutting room floor?

Perry's comment about the dumb white girl waltzing into Columbia is a life motto though. The Russ storyline was dumb. We don't really need more Xan. Or Andrea.
