Couldn't find a post on this but the premise is going to piss off a lot of people. (And I'm not sure they'd be wrong.)

It's rumored to be getting another PG-13 rating. I hate judging by ratings, but c'mon, original sequels, reboots, new movies of old franchises in general, need to keep the essence, including the rating, of the movies they are following. This didn't work with Alien, Predator, The Expendables, Robocop, Die Hard, etc., etc... So why would it work now?

um all of the Alien movies were R rated...even Prometheus.

The best part of a twist is not knowing it's going to happen. I guess since the teaser wasn't very good, the producers wanted to give people more interest in the movie.
It did do it's job though, because I might actually see this movie now, whereas after seeing the teaser, I was out.
I've never seen a movie use so much time travel to reset its own timeline in order to do more sequels.
Emilia Clarke and Jason Clarke are doing the best job they can and I feel bad cause nothing in this is justifying their performances. Shit, even Arnie deserves better. Jai Courtney needs to stop being in movies period. And JK Simmons has the most thankless role in this film.
When I started describing out loud the plot to my friends and brother, it sounded even stupider than it really is. Also, when I thought about a lot of things, I kept asking "how does that make any sense".
And the plot threads that are left open for the sequels I literally give not a fuck on how they're resolved.
This is either some shit to watch with mad wild THC in your system or on cable cause the 3D doesn't add anything. Paramount rented out the real, 8 story IMAX and I feel bad they wasted money on something that could've easily been shown on a regular 2D screen.

The Lincoln Center one is the one I'm talking about.
it was absolutely horrible. i was looking at fantasy scores on my phone through most of it. Also how after all these years is the terminators most effective weapon turning their arms in giant blades. Shit was bad on so many levels.

I liked almost nothing about it. It even made the last Terminator movie with Christian Bale look good.
Khaleesi needs to stay with the dragons, cause her in this movie just made me miss Linda Hamilton, and that is probably the first time I have ever missed Linda Hamilton for any reason.
And I loved how it tries to end on a definitive note...even though it ends almost EXACTLY THE SAME WAY AS TERMINATOR 2, with nearly the same last line.
