"Anyone watching Workaholics on Comedy Central?"

Seems like a true blue stoner comedy, but not for nothing it's pretty damn funny.

¿If a fat guy falls in the woods and there is no one around to see it, do the trees laugh?

It's okay. I think it is doing something not on TV right now, which is telling the stories of people who are just graduated college. Tt seems like this is an area ripe of fresh story ideas.

Comedy central doesn't have a good track record (in my opinion) with comedies, so we shall see how this show develops.

Lots of one liners.

I cracked up when he says If we do this there are gonna be 2 hits. Me hitting you and Kid Rock's Bawitaba playing in the background.

Plus the 3rd love line, it's like Shrek the first two were cute and nice but this third one SUCKS DIIICK

I'm enjoying it a lot and hope it sticks around

Yeah, the child molester guy was easily the funniest part of last night's episode. Way better than any of the characters.

Still, there's potential for this to be a really good show, but they're clearly not there yet. I'd like to see if they can do better with another season.

Not that I don't enjoy the premises,
but there always seems to be a moment in which I notice I am bored cause they stopped being funny.
For example - 90% of the Juggalo episode is gold, but when they go back to society they lost me.
And when the pilot turned full on parody - pointless.
I can't judge the finale because I read the info on the television (what was I thinking) and it gave the plot's punchline instead of its premise. Oh well.

Still, when it comes back I hope it shoots up like Sunny and The League both did when they got a new year.

And for the record: I want nothing more than the day when Sunny, The League, and Workaholics are all running on full steam.

is it me but could there be a whole new breed of cheaply made comedies? I mean, how much could they be spending on any of these shows? Prolly a fraction of what goes into a show like 30 rock.

Sunny, The League and Workaholics all have settings of course, but it's mostly "This is a group of friends." Louie is just a guy in a city. Simple premises, and you can go where you want from there. Dramas can be simple sometimes, but there's also a need to start a bunch of shows with "In the justice system of America..."

Anyone else pickup that all of Adam's lines about "Reptar" were actually from Rugrats?

Frustrating first episode; wanted them to grow a spine and pound on the highschoolers, but that's not them.

Season so far had been...eh...but this one was pretty solid. All of Montez's lines were good and Blake's face when the chick came around was hilarious.

Comedy Central® Renews "Workaholics" for Third Season! TeleAmeriCorp Trio to Pocket More Paychecks!

Hit Series Stars Blake Anderson, Adam Devine, Anders Holm And Is Directed By Mail Order Comedy's Kyle Newacheck

NEW YORK, Oct. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Raise a glass and give a toast to the hardly-working man. Adam, Blake and Ders will return for more adventures! COMEDY CENTRAL has renewed "Workaholics" for a third season, it was announced today by Kent Alterman, head of original programming and production COMEDY CENTRAL. Blake Anderson, Adam Devine, Anders Holm and Kyle Newacheck will return to work next year for the new season of all-new episodes.

"It's such an honor to be able to keep 'Workaholics' going," said Alterman. "We feel like the show is one, big public service announcement, teaching the youth of America how to engage with the workplace."

"We're beyond excited to get working on season three," said Anderson, Devine, Holm and Newacheck. "Unless it's gonna be hard work – we hate work."

"Workaholics" has been on a roll since its second season premiere on September 20, averaging 2.1 million total viewers per week. The first five episodes of this season have garnered a 1.5 Adult 18-49 rating (up +35% vs. season one), a 3.5 Men 18-34 rating (up +36%) and a 4.4 Men 18-24 rating (up +39%). Across its second season, "Workaholics" has been #1 in all of television in its timeslot (10:30-11:00 p.m.) with Men 18-34 and Men 18-24 and #2 in all of television with Men 18-24 on Tuesday nights behind "Tosh.0." (Source: Nielsen Media Research, Live + SD data. 10/19/11.)

From the minds of the hilarious and irreverent Internet sketch group Mail Order Comedy, "Workaholics" is a single camera comedy featuring three friends who work together as telemarketers from 9 to 5 and live together from 5 to 9. Dress codes, deadlines and waking up before noon are not things these guys are used to. They do their jobs and sometimes they even do them well, but they show up late, leave drunk and always live for the day… even if they don't know what day it is. Co-created by Mail Order Comedy's Blake Anderson, Adam Devine, Anders Holm and Kyle Newacheck and 5th Year's Dominic Russo and Connor Pritchard, the series stars Anderson, Devine and Holm and is directed by Newacheck. Kevin Etten serves as the show runner.

The "Workaholics" Web site features a wealth of video content including, show clips, exclusive video, cast interviews and behind-the-scenes action. The guys are active on Twitter (@UncleBlazer, @ADAMDEVINE, @ders808, @kylenewacheck), live tweeting each week on show nights. The "Workaholics" Facebook page is updated daily throughout the season and fans can follow the show's tumblr at workaholics.tumblr.com, featuring exclusive photos, videos and updates. In addition, mobile will feature a WAP site loaded with video content and periodic SMS challenges.

"Workaholics" is executive produced by Mail Order Comedy, Etten, 5th Year's Russo and Pritchard, Avalon Television's Richard Allen-Turner, David Martin, Jon Thoday and Isaac Horne as well as Gigapix Studios David Pritchard and co-executive produced by Avalon's Dan Lubetkin. Seth Cohen and Jackie Phillips are the executives in charge of production for COMEDY CENTRAL.

Available in 99 million homes nationwide, COMEDY CENTRAL (www.comedycentral.com), the only all-comedy network, is owned by, and is a registered trademark of, Comedy Partners, a wholly-owned unit of Viacom Inc. (NYSE: VIA and VIA.B). In response to Reply # 47

with the wedding show/movie parody, it still had some great moments

buck your mom, uncle blazer with the dress, adam and starbuck and dirty brown water trash

those sequins ruined the dress, not the wine

i mean i get what they were doing, it was still bizarre as hell though
