"Megan Fox compares Michael Bay to Hitler. Whaaaaa?"
Quiz: when a young hot actress has her career made by one of the most successful directors of the last decade and a half, what does she do?
A. Thank him. B. Be really grateful that she doesn't have to do one-spots on Two and a Half Men anymore. C. Thank Jesus (or Satan... or both) that he ever selected her in the first place. D. Compare him to Adolf Hitler.
“God, I really wish I could go loose on this one. He’s like Napoleon and he wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he’s a nightmare to work for but when you get him away from set, and he’s not in director mode, I kind of really enjoy his personality because he’s so awkward, so hopelessly awkward. He has no social skills at all. And it’s endearing to watch him. He’s vulnerable and fragile in real life and then on set he’s a tyrant. Shia and I almost die when we make a Transformers movie. He has you do some really insane things that insurance would never let you do.”

It's pretty sad that when people what to describe very controlling/tyrannical behavior they use Hitler as a example or analogy.
That's not cool. I think it trivializes the seriousness of his actions and undermines the credibility of your statements.
Like Megan Fox may have a good point and might be expressing some interesting insight into Michael Bay the director/person and his creative process but when you use outrageous examples as mentioned then people are just gonna focus on the sensational parts.

and to be fair, it's pretty mild for a hitler comparison. i mean it's obviously wrong just like every hitler comparison, but at least i don't get the sense that she's serious like i do when politicians use it.

People will make a huge deal out of comments that clearly are not meant to be taken with any gravity.
The headline for this article is probably: Megan Fox: Michael Bay is the next Hitler!"
Now someone's going to call up Michael Bay and be all like "Megan think you're Hitler." And either he'll know that it's just how the media is, or he'll be like, "That's awful. And I thought she was sweet."
This is probably why so many actors don't comment or outright lie on certain things in interviews.
1. She's young 2. It's not like she did the interview specifically to bash Michael Bay. I can imagine, with interviews, either you give the same answers all the time and be really PC and make sure never to pick on anyone by name...or you speak your mind. Basically she said he's a bully on the set, but she thinks he's an alright guy off set. That describes 9 out of 10 directors. I think people are taking it to the extreme cause she exaggerated with the name Hitler. I'm positive that she didn't literally mean that Michael Bay has invaded Poland or persecuted the Jewish community.

Plus, she complained about him asking her to do stuff that insurance won't cover. She's messing with the money saying stuff like that. Part of that money is hers. So she's messing with her own money, too, and she doesn't have the acting skills to have that luxury.

from here on out, okay?
your wack attempts to drum up "controversy" since Jennifer's Body is coming out in less than a week is lame...
for all the shit talking you say about Bay, and yes he IS VERY legendary for his tyrannical ways, boo, HE MADE YOU...
HE FUCKING MADE...YOU!
without Transformers, who the fuck would know who you are?
better yet, shut the fuck up from here on out because I *WANT* Jennifer's Body to WIN--Amanda Seyfried kills, Karyn Kusama's direction kills, and Diablo Cody...well, it's diablo....
the more you talk shit, the more folk are NOT going to want to see the movie...
go the dumb actress route: say nothing and show up in some off the shoulder, asymmetrical Alberta Ferretti, Issey Miyake, or Jean Paul Gaultier number and purposely have a wardrobe malfunction..cause that's all you are good for.
"I don't condone the crew letter to Megan. And I don't condone Megan's outlandish quotes. But her crazy quips are part of her crazy charm. The fact of the matter I still love working with her, and I know we still get along. I even expect more crazy quotes from her on Transformers 3."

If I want this garbage, I can listen to some rapper's mixtape dissing some other rapper.
At least Michael Bay himself had the sense to stay out of it. The whole thing was about how much of a jerk he is on set, and somehow he's the only one that comes out of this scenario not looking like a surly little turd.
