In a few short minutes Patton encapsulates everything that is wrong with those goddamn Prequels better than any fanboy or film critic every could. And he did it with Jon Voigt's ballsack.

If you don't think Patton's funny, I can live with that. All's I'm saying is, if you're gonna judge him, at least judge him by his best work. And in my opinion, this album is his best work.

Here's a Youtube of the George Lucas bit (audio only)

I made the mistake of copping this off itunes. When I finally came accross the hard copy at a cd store I was pissed...double disc w/ a dvd??? Shit. I'm considering the dreaded "double purchase" just so I can get the dvd.

So besides his actual set, what else is on the double disc? What's on the dvd? Is there any extra footage? I def liked the album. That KFC opening is hiliarious, and the George Lucas thing killed me: you want some ice cream? Here's some rock salt...
He's one of the smartest dudes doing stand up right now.

And I agree w/ the above poster...I just don't get Jim Gaffigan.

Yeah, I got it off itunes first, then saw that bonus DVD and was pissed. But then I just bought it, because what do I care, and lesson learned as far as getting shit of itunes goes (plus the fact that I couldn't put the itunes version on my mp3 player... fuck it).

That DVD has most of the set and a few comedians of comedy-like segments where he's eating in a restaurant and some other shit.

But seriously, my nerdcore heart loves Patton.

Turns out we went to the same high school. It's funny because I remember a teacher talking about a student he once had that was so funny he made it impossible to teach. Then he said that the student was writing for Mad TV (this was in 97) and I thought he couldn't be that funny. It was a trip finally figuring out who the teacher was talking about ten years later.

Remember that Michael Bolton interview scene in Office Space. Well my non-OKP name has a configuration that made me not like Phil Collins much growing up. First day of school, the teacher's reading the roll:

"______ _______. Well! You must love Phil Collins then."

So I guess I can attest he was getting a lot of love in Sterling.
