"Bone Thugs-N-Harmony - The Art Of War"

What was the verdict on this album?

I always thought it was their best and one of the best double albums in hip-hip.

Obviously E. 1999 Eternal is their classic but I’m not alway in the mood for that album.

I let Art of War ride today and that shit held up nicely. Not as heavy with the devil shit.

What say The Lesson folk?

I've heard the song with 2Pac, but otherwise? I don't think I've heard any of it. And I don't know, because I thoroughly enjoyed E. 1999 at the time.

"Look Into My Eyes" was my shit.

I always thought E.1999 was better but I think that was primarily because I just thought double albums were corny and inconsistent by nature, even back then.

Can't really give you a current Brew verdict cause I haven't listened to either album front to back in probably 15+ years. I look at Bone Thugz as a mostly novelty act at this point, which probably isn't fair, but I'm just very rarely in the mood for their brand of hip-hop these days.

I did see them live like 3 years ago though, and they put on a really good show. Played all the hits and kept the crowd going.
