I bumped it in the tape deck quite a bit when it dropped.
I don't think it's my favorite album by Tha Liks (that's probably still Coast II Coast), but it's really, really, really good. I also appreciated that after releasing two 10-track albums, they were able to go longer and still maintain their creativity over like 16 songs.
Favorite tracks were "Tore Down," "Killin It," "Pass Out," "Funny Style," and "Aww Shit." But I pretty much liked everything on it (feel weird not mentioning "Contents Under Pressure" and "Feel the Real"). Extremely dope from start to finish.
And, as a shameless plug, here's the tribute that I wrote last year for its 20th anniversary:

i was in college at this point and really was mainly listening to bay area rap and maybe wu tang. this started me in a west coast underground spiral. from here, i found xzibit, dilated, madlib. then, that opened up to blackalicious, zion i, etc. it defined a lot of the music that i was really into in those years.
captain hook hip hop drunkies aww shit
those were my top 3.
at the end of the day, this isn't even my fav liks album because coast II coast is a banger, but this was definitely one of the more impactful albums for me.

Normally if he hears one curse word it's over, he must have really liked it because that's the dealbreaker.
