The article doesn't mention how much he'll make from the sale. It will be less than the 100M the business owners made but he's probably making more as an investor than as a musician at this point.
According to the article, he made 40M off of a sale of another company a while back.
Good for him, but I do feel conflicted about posting this since he's obviously thriving but he still hasn't addressed the allegations that Kelis made.
Granted, it's a cliche at this point to say that his legacy and career is complicated like a number of extremely talented whose bad behavior gets excused because of their talents. But it is good to hear that he's now achieved a sense of wealth that will change the arc of his family for generations to come.

Also good that his kid won't have to worry about anything invol;ving money, assuming he either wins custody, or loses custody and pays the lady (Kelis), like he's supposed to.
