this and "Spaghetti Junction" were my favorite songs on Stankonia

*hot-take opinion*

Stankonia was the mainstream version of Aquemini, not that it was worse, I'm a Kast stan and they have 5 classics in a row in my opinion, but between Atliens and SB/TLB Aquemini and Stankonia were one complete style/phase and SB/TLB is where they both got off the style they wanted

and 3k got his solo somewhere in unreleased tracks but that's another topic lol

Or at least what 3k wanted. It may not have been what their fans wanted, but I think Aquemini and Stankonia forecasted the direction Dre wanted to go in w/TLB while Big Boi was prolly a little hesitant to do the double disc solo album thing.

I meant after Stankonia they're chosen styles on the double disc were what they wanted after arguably carrying the same sound over two albums with Aquemini and Stankonia

and you right cuz Aquemini is where 3k started to rap a little less

I think they always did exactly what they wanted but like real partners should, instead of splitting up they just slapped their solo albums together

I don't think they ever made a track they didn't want to, which is why Big is still going and 3k chilling, they do what they want
