For me, it always comes down to the fact that he almost deleted that beat. I'm willing to put money on me not knowing who the fuck a Mobb Deep is without this song.

Even if the album is released as it was made without Shook Ones it doesn't seem likely that they make an impact.

One of the producers on Gibbs’ current album did the same, likely in homage. Same album uses samples from NWA and Mary.
