wait, wait, wait, wait...theres a LONG version of "Irresistible B###h"?? (the funky B-side version)
Did i imagine this? Did i dream this? i THINK i remember reading a comment somewhere in a thread under a different topic where a reply one (or 15) mentioned hearing a LONGER version of "Irresistible Bitch"....(meaning an extended cut of the funky version that appears as the B-side of "Lets Pretend We're Married"?

same drum solo (it's here when I realize it was a cut and paste job) with the drums at least
so technically yes he made a version that's like 5 mins something.

fingers crossed it eventually gets released. Irresistible was THE cut that got WORE OUT when it came out on the flip of Lets Pretend....i really loved the raw feel/sound on it....so yeah, if theres an extra minute of Prince noodling around with it, hell i'll TAKE it! I always dug his doodling & noodling back then....(see 'Lets Work' long version)
thanks for the info, at least i know i wasn't imagining it now, (i had mentioned that i THOUGHT there was a long version of Irresistible to a coworker a while back, he was like "nah, i would've heard about that before now". lol, i woulda' said the same thing....
