Granted I suppose I should have known from the title, but this thing puts me to sleep. It may turn out to be one of those albums I will appreciate when I try listening again somewhere down the road, but for now no thanks.

This shit is perfect to chill out and think positively about life to. Not something I'm gonna play everyday, but when I do play it it could run all the way through.
Feels like a bit of Lonnie Liston Smith & the Cosmic Echoes, a bit of the Shaft OST, and a bit of what Robert Glasper & Chris Dave are doing right now. I don't get how this would be any more "easy listening" than any of that stuff.

I understand why some are saying it's boring. It's chill music for the background while I read or clean the house. I can also play it here in the office and not have to turn the volume low like I do with other stuff I might play throughout the day.
I think I read they recorded this with analogue equipment which gives everything a pleasant warmth.
