Replay value is high and I only appreciate his writing more with each listen. Catchy hooks too and the INC/Bluez Brothers production was epic. Such a great album.

the aforementioned Slaughterhouse, Disposable Arts (my hands down, favorite hip-hop concept album ((they grade you on how good the beat sounds))), A Long Hot Summer, Son of Yvonne, The Falling Season...man.

...I couldn't put it in any of my top 20 rap albums at all, maybe in my top 100 but it's got a lot of flaws, but back then in the mid 90's it's was a classic but these days it hasn't aged well.
I not a big fan of Masta Ace and at times on that album he bored me but what I loved about that album was Lord Digga/Man Digga & Paula Perry, their guest appearances made that album more than it was, without them it would be a snooze-fest of an album.
It's like when ATCQ had Q-Tip doing most of the rhymes and then the second album Phife got verses on half the album, he made that album be what it is today, these days Q-Tip can easily hold down an album by himself without me being bored but back then their first album was great but was a little self indulgent, kind of like how The Lost Boys was mostly Mr. Cheeks but it needed the rest of the crew to add their two cents make their two albums more enjoyable even though they really didn't rhyme hardly at all.
Anyway, back to "Slaughtahouse" album, yes it's a good album but top 10 material, I don't think so.
