The album starts off strong and just keeps getting stronger.

It’s a long album...16 tracks...79 minutes... but when you have Check It Out, In The Flesh, It’s On You and Get On The Mic bringing up the rear; does it even matter?

Playful rhymes, good production from Q-Tip and Salaam Remi. Mos was even on the album.

I just don't know why this album didn't catch on. Bad promotion? Simply bad timing?

I like that album, but so many of the greats released some great work that year:

Illadelph
Stakes
ATLiens
Makavelli AND All Eyes
The Coming
It Was Written
Muddy

And many more.

I just can't get away from this album, it stays in heavy rotation, all I need is to hear a beat, part of a song from it, or hear it on a mixtape, then next thing you know I'm pulling out that cd and listening to it from beginning to end.
