A little after a year after he announced this project, Conway let this loose. I'm listening to this now and while I'm a bit disappointed this is only ten tracks, I'm just grateful this is finally seeing the light of day. Here's a link to Conway's official website, where you can stream the project, along with pre-order a CD as well. Enjoy folks: http://whoisconway.com/

I'm a little underwhelmed to be honest. I dunno why this was supposed to be his magnum opus, I thought it would be like his version of Flygod and it would go retail, but it's more along the lines of every other mixtape they put out (although their mix tapes are pretty consistently nice). I think I prefer reject on steroids 2 over this.

i mean, all they rhyme over is slow loops with barely there drums but this just sounded too underwhelming his rhymes were dope but with that plodding ass production, it doesn't make me want to go back and relisten they need more apollo brown on production
life always offers you a 2nd chance...it's called tomorrow. use it wisely

Daringer and Alchemist....sparse assed beats over drums...drug talk.
That's what I tune in for....I always get that in spades.
None of these other rap niggers are actually spitting over samples....and it takes a special kind of energy to hold your own when the backdrop is so barren.

lol still have no idea why they signed to shady records.
its 2017, you dont need a label cosign, esp from a washed up label that no one checks for
they dropped the ball on this so hard, it was supposed to come out two years ago and they rushed out this shit at the last possible moment of 2017 lol and turned a promising debut into a mixtape, still has some good songs though

I don't know how their system works, if WSG / Conway / Benny all around when they record each project.. Input is probably welcomed for everyone as a collective.
I think WSG usually has the best production and maybe that's a conscious decision on their part because he's not the best lyricist? I think Conway should get some of those brighter beats IE - Finn Balor and contrast that with his darker tones.
Maybe they pick the beats themselves, maybe Daringer has folders for each.
