"Poll question: Where does Killah Priest rank amongst the greats?"
Tue Dec-12-17 09:48 PM by GadBen414

i dont think ive ever heard this guy drop a wack album
and then again i havent even heard all of his albums
but between Heavy Mental,The Offering and his last
3 albums its fair to say Killa Priest is one of the GOATS!

been puting in work since 98 and still dropping BARZZZZ
damn near every verse is hospitable..cant say the same
thing for alot of the Vets who are usually mentioned in
the "List"

hes probably got the better catalogue compared to any
affiliate of the Wu and possibly better than majority
of any solo acts coming from the group competing with
Ghost and Rae..

now i dont know how well his albums sold or if
thats got anything to do with his lyrical input
but catalogue wise his material is atleast better
than Red or Meth and both these guys are atleast
top 20-40..

so based off catalogue where do you place PriestHood
or does he even have a topspot reserved?

Poll result (11 votes)
top 10 (0 votes)Vote
has potential at top 11-19 (0 votes)Vote
basically top 20-40 (2 votes)Vote
not even cracking top 50... (9 votes)Vote

its a shame really.

he should at least be up there with cast like doom and jay electronica.

lack of quality control is holding him back tho

He's consistently good, but never spectacular.

i would argue his consistency level is what makes
his catalogue so impressive

Planet of the Gods was one of his best displays of
that monotone style from the concepts to the beat selection
and come to find out...
hes been rapping like this since ninety fucking 8 bro
lmaooo..like i said i havent heard all his albums
so maybe im missing something but im currently
listening to the 3 day theory

almost reminds me of the Black Panther when compared
to all the Marvel characters..didnt really get alot
of notoriety but is one of the most powerful characters
within that universe..dudes message is pretty fuckn stellar
