#2:Sex Pistols - God Save the Queen https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvMxqcgBhWQ why? She plays young Queen Elizabeth but she's leaving the show when it focuses on an older queen. Maybe they can save her and do a lot of flashbacks.
Why: Ha, this works on a couple levels. First of all, he plays Dave in 'The Star' (and that character is a dove). But the hook for this song also contains the lyrics "You are now watching Mad TV," and one of his first TV roles was on Mad TV.

Kate McKinnon Yall So Stupid's "Bowl Of Soup" https://youtu.be/J-r38umEPoE?t=3m16s REASON: I focus on the end of the third and last verse: "Me and the kids down the hall got a group Our rhymes go on and on like a loop (Like a what?) Like a loop (Like a what?) Like a loop Somebody stop me, you're wrinkling my suit!"
It's in reference to her being Lupe in FERDINAND but be sure to properly Lupe's name properly.
ALTERNATE CHOICE Chicago's "Street Player" (second horn part) https://youtu.be/HJMw8cUGjwI?t=5m59s REASON: One of the trailers for FERDINAND highlights Pitbull's "I Know You Want Me (Calle Ocho)", which partly focuses on Chicago's "Street Player from their CHICAGO 13 album. There are two horn breaks in the sound, outside of Maynard Ferguson's own solo and additional ad-libs at the end. The second break is tighter, as the first is slightly on the loose sight. Just have the horn section go nuts and I choose it because it's the funky part of the song. Also, Danny Seraphine always deserves the last laugh.
But by all means, used the part after this part where Donnie Dacus begins his guitar solo so Kirk can play that in as Kate McKinnon walks out.
Patton Oswalt The Roots' "Clones" (the last four lines of Malik B.'s verse) https://youtu.be/_I1IX2cqjQ4?t=4m22s REASON: His Netflix special is called ANNIHILATION, thus...
"The insane vet, whether you ganked the brain wet You proceed to lame check, the opposite of same sex I annihilate your type if you violate Making your blood rush, your pulse now at a higher rate"
When you had played in Troutdale, Oregon a few months ago, had we met that day, I would have definitely requested this song. It's not my absolute favorite Roots track, I have many but this one has always stood out for a number of reasons but... it's a personal favorite. Yeah, I know it's Malik B.'s verse and perhaps Mr. Trotter might say "those are not my words" but I'm still going with it.

James Franco Molly Hatchet's "Flirting With Disaster" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0wxAMa3Prhk REASON: His new movie is THE DISASTER ARTIST. Also suggested for Bryan Cranston a few weeks ago but wasn't used.
Niall Horan The Tubes' "Tip Of My Tongue" https://youtu.be/mHQLywYvBcU?t=45s REASON: For some, to flicker is to use ones tongue so I used a Tubes song, co written by Maurice White who handles background vocals in the choruses. This was released after "She's A Beauty" became a hit but "Tip Of My Tongue" didn't, yet I loved it because it sounds like it could've been an EW&F hit.
As the song says in the second verse: "Never been too cunning. I'm no linguist But I can tell you this Ever since I left you, I've been lost I'm walking in a fog We can lick this problem We can work it out Don't be impatient And don't you run 'Cause I want you on the tip of my"
The chorus is: "My heart speaks but the words play on the tip of my tongue and no matter what my lips say, you are still the only one"
So it's being playful with words on what a "flicker" is, which is also the name of his debut album.
Opt to do the Geto Boys lyric which says "I ain't the type that gets all mushy/I like to sit back and watch 'em eat each other's pussies". Or not.

Hugh Jackman Breach's "Jack" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m0EiujcV3Tg REASON: It's a song about squeezing things so one can Jack. Bonus points if the entire audience jacks.
Luke Bryan KC & The Sunshine Band's "What Makes You Happy" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVBCFZG6nIg REASON: His new album is called WHAT MAKES YOU COUNTRY. Bonus points if you incorporate Three Times Dope's "The Greatest Man Alive" with this and be sure to isolate the very first word heard on the song so it becomes "E.S.T, the acknicklous one" and someone can say "I'LL", like KC says.
Otherwise, I'll just take use of the Sunshine Band song.
