"J-Zone & Pablo Martin are The Du-Rites (Album Stream)"
J-Zone and Pablo Martin, his longtime mastering engineer, dropped an instrumental funk (?!?) album this past Friday. J-Zone was basically retired from music a few years ago, so it's been great to see this level of output from him.
They also put together a mini-documentary that discusses how the project came about and showcases the raggedy equipment they used to record it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_H0hPmO2mUQ

It was a really great interview. It was a pleasure talking to such knowledgable cats. We had a long and far-ranging interview concerning everything from composing music, to band dynamics, to not-so-joyous experience of touring.
We get pretty in-depth, so the interview is pretty long, but it's definitely worth your time to give it a read. So check it out (both the interview and their album) and tell a friend.
