especially if it's he and Diamond alone. That said my biggest issue with the God is that he's spreading himself real thin lyrically with all his paid guest spots and numerous releases. Really would enjoy if he focuses a bit longer on projects and is a little choosier with the beats he uses. Agua was very hit and miss, as has been the case with most of his work from the last decade.
But yeah, this album will get purchased on the strength. Hope it's solid.
Obviously it's hitting on important topics, but I can't help feeling like the best/production is underwhelming. X sounds fine on it, nothing mind blowing.
-Diamond D still got it in spades -Sadat still got it in spades -it was worth that dumb ass negro getting put on his ass by the peach fuzz after trying to protect them from the crowd, for us to get that single cover

I know what Sadat brings at this point. He's good for 3 to 4 bangers with the rest of his album sounding pretty uninspiring. He just isn't sharp here. Again I think he needs more quality control, he puts out too much and that Waters down his words. Expected more from Diamond though. Some of these beats are just second rate. Figured he'd give his best stuff to Sadat due to their history. Celebrate and The Five Boroughs work the best. Always will support both because of their previous work, but X's albums just aren't must haves anymore.
