I'm not saying Miguel is 100% punk rock but he does give off a punk rock attitude in his music. Plus, didn't he hook up with J*Davey for his last 2 albums who happen to be into punk rock? ANyways, we can get technical with terms all day but at the end of the day, his music isn't really ROCKING imo. I think that's the point k-os was trying to make essentially.
