Dam's music on this one has a certain life to it that just feels good. It's not trying to be something it's not, and it doesn't pine for anything except a pair of ears.

Can't lie, I was one of those ppl. I wondered could he do it again and and succeed in making something different & a step up from the first LP. He did both. I dare say I like this better than Toeachizown.

in some spots. I really can't listen sometimes, dude tries to oversing when he has a lackluster voice. The best tracks w/ his vocals are those where his voice is playing the background.
Now Glyde 2nite is STELLAR, Leon Sylvers III and his son sound great on this cut.

because of it. It's not like Kanye professing to be a great rapper and failing on the technical side more often than not. However he probably wouldn't sound good at all on anyone's production but his own, so I hope he keeps his limitations in check and just sings on his own stuff.
