The entire 'indie R&B' thing, JMSN, How To Dress Well, even some Lana Del Rey, etc, are very close to trip hop in every way

then some of the darker indie/electronic pop stuff, Phantogram, Sonnymoon, Little Dragon, or if you go a little more obscure, Sister Crayon, underwaters, Moon & Pollution, Child Actor, Built To Fade, Dutch, Vespertina, Tiny Hearts, Made in Heights etc., if you look for it a TON of dope stuff has been released in the past 5 years

Just did a quick listen of the songs/videos as they're all on YT now. I'm feeling Outlaws and 4 Pink Walls.. I'm digging her voice and her writing.

My understanding is that these songs are all like 2 years old.. I'm curious to hear what direction she is taking things on the debut LP, though.. She is still very young and as it appears..comes from a pretty sheltered home life. Perhaps with some more life experience and maturity, the music will take on a different tone.
