..but I guess if we're talking about a rap album with all-new original material and not a greatest hits, or a bonus disc, a reissue, or a limited edition or import I guess Wu-Tang's 2nd album "Forever" is the only one i can think of that I like but I'm going to list albums I like more:

and it's a few others I can't think of at the moment that were pretty good too.

All Eyez On Me has the most highs as far as tracks that I still listen to to this day.
As far as overall quality it's probably WuTang Forever but I'm a west coast stan so All Eyez gets the nod from me just cause the album cuts like Heartz of Men, Scandalouz, Picture Me Rollin', Can't C Me, Wonda Why They Call U Bitch, etc. are all way more up my personal alley than anything on Forever or Life After Death, or anything else you listed.

Wu Tang Forever and it isn't close though i recognize my opinion was the minority in the hood. Doesn't make me wrong. The hood been fucking up since this question IMO.

where I can actually understand why they released a double album. They had that much good material on those two discs. I'm not sure if I remember any filler even being there. If you fucked with Bone, you could play both those discs from front to back.

that was the one group/artist that NEEDED to put out a double cd.
9 dudes (11 if you count cappa and streetlife) in their prime...no way you can get that done in under 80 minutes.
maybe outkast too because andre needed to spread his artistic wings on his own solo record, and big boi had some heat to unleash too, and there was no way that could've worked on one disc.
