>Q-Tip "The Last Zulu"?
Hope so.

>Doom/Ghost Project?
Nope. Or at least not a project in which a lot of effort is put into it. Maybe some unreleased or recycled accapellas. This is unfortunate cuz a few years ago I would have killed to hear this.

>Second Phonte Solo???
Maybe but I'm good with the FE output.

>Edan? Heard he is gonna drop a rock project, but Hip Hop LP?
Doubt it. He's indicated in the past he wouldn't.

>Madvillain 2?
Hope so, I really do. I guess it will one day.

>Badu?
Yes

>Nas
Of course. Nas & primo.. I'm more hopeful if Nas hears the success of th Phryme album.

>Breeze Brewin? About to give up on dude...super talent...
Don't know the artist.

>Mos Def/Yasiin Bey?
Yes at some stage.

>Masta Ace Solo?
Yes

>Amel Larrieux?
Don't know

>Sade?
Don't know

>Planet Asia?
Yes

>Jay Electronica?
Really don't know. Maybe he thinks the mystique and cult buzz is better for him than an LP that will generate low sales. I still live in hope though.

>Maxwell?
Yes definitely

>Elzhi?
Haven't hear much from him since Elmatic so I don't know what he's up to.

>Exile?
Don't know.

>Oh No?
Yes but I'd be happy for a full Gangrene LP with Roc Marc as the frontman

>Diverse?
Don't know this artist.

Mostly my opinion tho

Q-Tip "The Last Zulu"? If it's gonna be as good as The Renaissance then I can wait. I think it will drop this year, I wouldn't be surprised if it drops w/o warning too...I think Tip would like to skip all the hype.

Doom/Ghost Project? Does DOOM still make albums?!?

Second Phonte Solo??? +FE drops 1 or 2 albums a year. We just got Nicolay so perhaps Phonte is next?!?

Madvillain 2? Does DOOM still make albums?

Badu? Since she touring all summer who knows

Nas? Def Jam has actually been pumping out albums at a decent clip. Fall or 4th quarter might be his time.

Mos Def/Yasiin Bey? Will Mos ever drop another album if he can't get into the country?!?

Jay Electronica? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH

Elzhi? STILL OWES PEOPLE FROM HIS KICKSTARTER. Not cool

Oh No? He drops an album a year if not multiples. Will we get a solo or the LP I want "The Professionals" (with Madlib) is the question. Now that the project with ALC based on GTA is done, give it a couple months and I bet we see something.

Albums I'm looking forward to/hoping for this year.

Casey Veggies
Guilty Simpson
Game-The Documentary 2
Jadakiss (please?!?)

Ill has a second album done, produced in full by Waajeed, but its actually much more than just an album: http://emergencemedia.org/blogs/news/17964576-complex-movements-beware-of-the-dandelions-opens-in-seattle-at-on-the-boards

They're currently doing a live installation performance arts tour with it right now - started in Detroit, then did a residency in Seattle, and will continue on in different cities throughout the year

I saw the Seattle show - DEFINITELY check it if it hits your town

>Finale-His first one is a heater, dude been MIA….

He actually just came out of retirement, starting with an appearance on DJ Soko's new album: https://soundcloud.com/djsoko1/04-take-notes-feat-hassaan-mackey-marvwon-finale-prod-by-def-dee/s-hZdtE

Hopefully the album isn't too far behind

With Kendrick & Jermih with a Dre verse that was obviously written by K. that was kinda dope.

>Q-Tip "The Last Zulu"?

Can't believe the Renaissance came out 7 years ago. I still remember somewhat reluctantly buying the album on my lunch break not expecting much, but it was Q-Tip and he gets my support no matter. And then loving that album! Made it even better because my expectations were kinda low.

>Doom/Ghost Project?

Don't want this anymore unless it's truly from the time this was looking like a possibility. Maybe an EP?

>Second Phonte Solo???

Of mostly rapping? I'd cop that. FE has run it's course with me.

>Edan? Heard he is gonna drop a rock project, but Hip Hop LP?

We'll probably have to live with 2 great albums and the assortment of guest spots and production work he had.

>Madvillain 2?

Another one I don't really want anymore UNLESS it's truly from the time period this was looking like a real possibility OR if DOOM can return to form. Madlib I have no doubt would hold down the beats nicely as before.

>Badu?

Gotta believe she's working on something.

>Nas?

My GOAT MC. Kinda scared because his last album (the deluxe version) was so good. Who he has on the beats will be of extreme interest!

>Breeze Brewin? About to give up on dude...super talent...

Pretty sure this will never happen.

>Mos Def/Yasiin Bey?

I have no idea what this would even sound like. "Ecstatic" dropped 6 years ago and like Q-Tip's "Renaissance" was a pleasant surprise, especially coming off "True Magic" and "New Danger".

>Masta Ace Solo?

Would be nice!

>Sade?

As noted earlier, she takes her time so no need for alarm.

>Planet Asia?

I've been on a PA binge lately. I'd love for him to drop something new with premium beatsmifs.

>Jay Electronica?

*__*

>Elzhi?

Eh not sure when or why it happened, but not really excited for anything from him right now.

>Exile?

Instant coppage. Not like he hasn't been active, though. Had the Dag Savage album last year.

>Oh No?

Same as Exile, instant purchase anything he does. He had the album with Prince Po last year, a gang of production spots, and the compilation with Alchemist this year.

What kills me is NO full blown project with Madlib. THAT'S what I want. Invite all their frequent collaborators to the party, too!

>Diverse?

I have him in the same boat as Mr. Brewin. :/

__
I don't like the beat anymore because its just a loop. ALC didn't FLIP IT ENOUGH!

Flip it enough? Flip these. Flip off. Go flip some f*cking burgers.(c)Kno

>Q-Tip "The Last Zulu"?

I'm a little confident about this one coming out tho I realize it may not be soon. I think ?uest came on the boards saying this would be a focus after Black Messiah, but with who and when? Who knows.

>Doom/Ghost Project?
>Madvillain 2?

*heavy sigh*

>Mos Def/Yasiin Bey?

I was geeked for OMFGOD, when Mannie Fresh said the album was done. I cant even remember how long ago that was. Fuck.

>Sade?

I only care about this if she works with new producers, cuz the last album was kind of a snoozefest. After hearing Derrick Hodge's Live Today, I thought he'd be a real good producer for her because he can create that airy, breezy quality that's similar to Sade's 80s material but still sound a lot more progressive and contemporary.

>Jay Electronica?

I just recently re-re-rediscovered Exhibit C AGAIN in the middle of a workout playlist. I sighed then was filled with furious anger lol. Maybe he shoulda signed with Puff.

>Maxwell?

C'mon bruh. You was making declarations and shit on twitter after Black Messiah dropped, and then silence??!! Stop torturing us.
